We are searching for a **Marketing Coordinator** to join the growing, dynamic team at Wirewerks in our Corporate Marketing Department. The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing & Communications Department with all its initiatives and programs.

We are looking for a driven person with a keen attention to detail, the proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, and excellent communication and time management skills.

OVERALL POSITION MANDATE

This is a full-time position focusing on coordinating ongoing and new Marketing Department processes/projects by working closely with the Marketing Director and Marketing Operations Specialist as well as various partners and suppliers (including graphic designers and design agencies, photographers, printers, video producers/directors, copywriters, translators, etc.).

Some of your tasks will include:

- Oversee the coordination and execution of exhibiting at trade shows
- Coordinate campaign set up in HubSpot, adding campaign elements to templates, prepping campaign for review, testing
- Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral including customer facing publications, signage, product data sheets, etc.
- Coordinate and oversee translation of English content to French and Spanish
- Process Marketing PO's, reconcile with accounting on a monthly basis
- Maintain, update, and post content on our Sales Enablement platform (Highspot)
- Manage the inventory of marketing collateral, source promo items, coordinate with printers

SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

LANGUAGE
- English - Excellent verbal and written communication
- French - Good verbal and written communication

HOURS AND BENEFITS

This is a full-time position with the option of working from home 3-4 days per week. The salary range competitive, commensurate with your level of experience. Vacation time is 2 weeks per year.

**Salary**: $35,657.00-$43,286.00 per year
