**Responsibilities**:

- Previous clinical experience as a Treatment/Scheduling Coordinator is preferred
- Keep track of projects and maintain the business schedule.
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Manage the day to day finances by reviewing and processing accounts payable and receivable
- Review all financial information.
- Print financial contract and review investment with the patient and/or family.
- Work with the patient and/or responsible party to find a payment option that works for them.
- Complete contract and review informed consent (if applicable).
- Schedule Records/Start appointment.
- A friendly, positive demeanor
- Excellent attention to detail
- Desire to work well as part of a team
- Input patient information (including insurance information) into the Tracker software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
