We're looking for a proactive and adaptable **Front Desk & Office Administrator** who’s eager to go beyond traditional reception duties and play an active role in **bookkeeping, marketing coordination, event/conference support, and business operations**. This is a dynamic role with strong **learning potential** and room for **long-term growth**.
**Position Summary**:
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, wants to develop a strong foundation in business administration, and thrives in a dynamic office environment. You’ll be the friendly face of the office, a reliable team player for the growing companies, and a key part of keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently — while also supporting marketing and client-facing efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk & Office Administration**
- Greet clients, vendors, and staff with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Maintain office cleanliness, supplies, and organization
- Assist with calendar management and team coordination
**Entry-Level Bookkeeping**
- Perform data entry, basic bookkeeping, and expense tracking
- Assist with invoice processing and financial records
- Support accounting processes using software such as QuickBooks (training provided)
**Marketing & Event Support**
- Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
- Help coordinate marketing materials and outreach campaigns
- Support planning and logistics for conferences, events, or trade shows
- Collect and organize client feedback or online reviews
**General Business Operations**
- Jump in to support team members with special projects or overflow work
- Help improve and document internal processes
- Provide administrative support to project managers or field teams
- Conduct basic research or competitor analysis as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Some experience in office admin, customer service, or bookkeeping preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities across departments
- Willingness to learn and take initiative with mínimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media tools
- Familiarity with accounting or CRM software is a plus (but not required)
