**Position Summary**:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing watch/ clock inquiries and repairs. This individual should be a problem solver and has strong attention to detail. This person is also customer focused and has excellent interpersonal skills.
**Position Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**
- Engages with customers through social media channels
- Communicates effectively with customers by diagnosing the issue and determining the course of action
- Provides basic troubleshooting and technical support for products
- Coordinates product returns
- Packages clock/watches to be sent for repair
- Provides watch status updates to customers
- Coordinates shipping for clocks/watches to be sent back to customers once repaired
- Processes and coordinates new watch orders
- Processes watch paperwork (order form, proof of purchase for warranty, log forms)
- Reconciles returns
- Manages inventory by corresponding with the Purchasing and Logistics Manager
**Miscellaneous**
- Assists in revising product manuals to improve the user experience by making the pamphlets user friendly and easy to read
- Assists in creating product descriptions for Marathon watches
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Related college education is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a call center
- Extensive watch knowledge is an asset
- Must be fluent in English. Knowledge of French is an asset
- Works well independently as well as a part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Effective problem solver
- Ability to grasp product knowledge quickly
- Ability to work under pressure
