Administrative Assistant/branch Coordinator

We are currently looking for a **full-time, permanent** Administrative Coordinator.
Job Duties:
- Greet students and parents; answer phone calls from potential and existing customers, and answer general enquiries
- Liaise between students, teachers and parents, communicate progress, address needs and recommend solutions
- Determine and establish office procedures
- Record student and teacher attendance; reconcile student balance statements
- Schedule meetings for clients and managers
- Manage students’ and teachers’ class schedules, adjust schedules throughout the week based on students’ or teacher’s needs
- Check office inventory and order supplies as needed
- File staff’s working hours biweekly and send it to the manager
- Introduce company’s services to clients and take charge of the monthly turnover of the branch
- Collect clients’ payments, issue invoices and receipts; handle other daily transactions
- Collect, organize and file clients’ information by using MS office system
- Assist the marketing department in promoting activities, preparing brochures and publications, and writing articles for advertising purposes
- Supervise and train junior staff in company policies, office procedures and use of computer systems
- Organize and promote conferences
**Qualifications and Education**:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- One year of experience in office administration preferred
- Approachable with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Secondary or Post-Secondary education in North America, education background in business or education will be a strong asset
- Excellent ability to pay attention to detail and enter data accurately
- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
