**Position Title**:HR Support Centre Analyst (2 positions)

**Status**:Administration, Full-Time Temporary (Contract)

**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week

**Faculty/Department**:Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness

One position is located within the HR Support Systems department

One position is located within the Organizational Effectiveness department

**Campus/Location**: North Campus (Hybrid Working arrangement: 80% Remote, 20% On-site)

**Salary**: NFT Admin 03 Band (Hiring Range: $55,753 - $69,691 annually)

**What you will do**:
Under the direction of the Manager, HR Support Systems Operations or Manager, Total Rewards, the HR Support Centre Analyst is responsible for providing internal client groups and employees with support services for all inquiries and requests for HR related matters that are escalated by the Tier 1 support vendor.

This role will provide accurate and efficient support for all HR transactions and information in areas such as:

- Humber HR policies and guidelines, processes and procedural queries and interpretations;
- HRMS transactions;
- Compensation and Benefits data administration
- Changes to personal employee information;
- Resolving administrative issues that the employee may have.

The HR Support Centre Analyst will partner with key Tier 3 Support resources such as the HR Operations Analyst, Compensation and Benefits Specialist, Talent Acquisition Advisor for knowledge gathering, research, and issue escalation when appropriate.

In addition, the HR Support Centre Analyst performs a variety of general HR support functions to ensure timely and accurate employee records and eligibility requirements are maintained. The HR Support Centre Analyst provides support to the HR Systems Support team to meet the goals of the department and may perform additional duties which support and/or coordinate HR Support Operations departmental activities and responsibilities.

**What you bring to the role**:
University degree, preferably with a focus in Business or Human Resources

CHRP, CHRL, CEBS, or CCP certifications in-progress or completed would be an asset

1-3 years of experience that would provide or exemplify the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

- Knowledge of employment-related legislation as well as collective agreements, terms and conditions of employment and College directives/policies/procedures.
- Working knowledge of key HR functions - Payroll, Labour Relations, Talent, Compensation & Benefits, Pensions, Learning & Development
- Knowledge of HR processes in areas such as Payroll, Benefits, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Performance
- A philosophy of service excellence with demonstrated client service skills, empathy, confidentiality, tact, diplomacy;
- Excellent communication (written and spoken), problem solving, resolution and time management skills;
- Recognition of the requirement for maintenance of confidentiality regarding all information and activities within the HROE department;
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and comfort with large datasets;
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail and prioritization;
- Problem solving and resolution;
- Ability to deal with ambiguity;
- Managing stakeholder priorities and deadlines;
- Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle HR Cloud experience a bonus).
