What you’ll do:

- Build and lead our in-house video content strategy — from concept to final cut.
- Plan and produce engaging videos that simplify immigration and showcase real client stories.
- Handle everything from scripting, filming, lighting, and audio — to editing and publishing.
- Collaborate with our marketing and legal teams to produce video content for social media, events, training, and internal comms.
- Coach on-screen talent (from consultants to leadership) and create a comfortable filming environment.
- Own and manage a content calendar delivering high-impact videos weekly — including success stories, explainers, reels, town halls, and campaign content.
- Lead content shoots (both remote and in-person), ensuring quality, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Provide video training, tech support, and mentorship to junior team members or staff contributors.

What we’re looking for:

- Experience in full-cycle video production and digital storytelling.
- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva or similar platforms.
- Ability to translate complex topics into visually engaging, easy-to-understand content.
- Strong project management skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- A passion for making immigration content accessible, authentic, and binge-worthy.

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
