Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Content Creator to lead the development of all digital content for our organization. This role focuses on producing high-quality short form videos, engaging social media posts, and clear written content for websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns. The Content Creator will play a key role in strengthening our online presence, driving audience engagement, and supporting lead generation efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with management to plan, create, and deliver consistent content that aligns with our brand message and supports our marketing goals. This position offers a base salary along with uncapped performance based bonuses tied to measurable growth and engagement metrics.

Duties

  • Create engaging short form videos and static content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility and drive audience engagement.
  • Write clear and informative content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns that supports lead generation and improves conversion rates.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
  • Maintain and update content across platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice, messaging, and presentation.
  • Track content performance using Google Analytics and social platform insights, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and email outreach.
  • Stay informed about immigration industry updates and digital marketing trends to create relevant and effective content.

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating digital content for social media, websites, and blogs, with a strong portfolio of short form videos or written work.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Ability to manage and update content using platforms such as Meta Creator Studio.
  • Basic graphic design skills for creating or editing visuals using Canva or Adobe tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance and guide improvements.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to match brand voice and produce clear, engaging content.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines while managing multiple content projects.
  • Creative thinker with an interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends.
