**POSITION PROFILE**

**Daytime schedule: 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.**

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Plan preventive and corrective work on automated and mechanical equipment;
- Prepare interventions (resources, spare parts, downtime) and monitor operations;
- Responsible for updating preventive measures for modifications or new installations, stocking spare parts and updating technical documentation;
- Supervise the mechanics and electromechanics assigned to his sector, as well as outside contractors;
- Monitor work carried out by mechanics, electromechanics and external contractors (safety, quality of work, cost and completion deadlines);
- All other tasks related to the smooth running of the maintenance department.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- DEP in electromechanics or DEC in electrical engineering;
- 3 to 5 years' experience in personnel management in a manufacturing environment;
- Computer literate (Office Suite, SAP);
- Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and Lean Manufacturing principles;
- Master the electrical, mechanical and logical functioning of equipment;
- Communicate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders;
- Autonomy, leadership and ease in an industrial environment;
- Ability to work under pressure and excellent command of priority management;
- Bilingualism required (spoken and written).
