**JOB PROFILE**

Under the leadership of the department supervisor, the team leader serves as a resource person for their team by distributing workloads, managing day-to-day issues, and handling more complex cases. Additionally, they make recommendations to their immediate supervisor to improve the efficiency of activities related to their area of responsibility.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Organize work cells to ensure continuous production flow;
- Meet daily production targets, analyze variances from key indicators, and implement corrective actions;
- Ensure compliance with 5S activities;
- Engage and motivate the team by providing daily feedback, both constructive and disciplinary;
- Address issues raised by the team, find short
- and long-term solutions, and inform the supervisor;
- Report any production interruptions (voluntary or involuntary) to the supervisor;
- Ensure the availability and proper functioning of tools and report tooling needs to the supervisor;
- Act as a change agent in reinforcing and maintaining the health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations;
- Conduct ergonomic assessments with constructive feedback to employees;
- Demonstrate exemplary work ethics and integrity;
- Identify, propose, and implement innovative methods to reduce downtime and improve operational expertise;
- Ensure team members' discipline, attendance, and performance in partnership with the supervisor;
- Cascade daily information to the team;
- Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees.

- Relevant management experience gained in a manufacturing environment (an asset);
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
- Strong leadership and ability to motivate the team to achieve objectives;
- Ability to manage change and propose new continuous improvement solutions.
