We’re currently looking for a **Team Leader - Cybersecurity, Network & IT Support**to help ensure the smooth operation of our advanced manufacturing processes. If you're passionate about network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technical leadership, this is the opportunity for you

What You’ll Do
- Manage a team of six IT support staff (levels 1 and 2).
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Plan activities and track requests using an ITSM tool.
- Act as a technical reference for the team.
- Maintain and optimize network infrastructure: LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls.
- Manage network equipment: switches, routers, Wi-Fi hotspots, firewalls.
- Deploy security solutions (antivirus, MDR, MFA, DLP, etc.).
- Manage cybersecurity incidents and monitor regulatory and technological developments.
- Lead the cybersecurity governance committee. - Educate users on security best practices.

What You Bring
- Excellent knowledge of network and systems infrastructures.
- Solid experience in cybersecurity and risk management.
- In-depth knowledge of tools such as Fortinet, Cisco, Microsoft 365, and VMware.
- Proficiency in monitoring and ticketing tools.
- Leadership, rigor, and excellent analytical skills.
- Clear communication and a strong customer focus.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science and at least 5 years of relevant experience,
- or a technical diploma in computer science and 8 years of experience in a similar position.
- Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written).
- Experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment (an asset).
- Knowledge of SAP (an asset).
