**What We Need**: The Inside Sales Representative will generate revenue through Inside Sales & Marketing efforts primarily over phone and using web-enabled technologies and processes. Utilizes established inside sales process, product knowledge, internal technical and sales support processes and the most advanced web-enabled tools to prospect for new sales opportunities, to qualify leads received from various marketing sources, to present web-enabled product demonstrations, to facilitate the quote follow-up process for Territory Managers and to establish and maintain an effective ""after the sale"" follow up process with our customers. Utilizes all the aforementioned tools and processes to achieve assigned revenue target by closing business generated through the prospecting and qualifying processes. **What You'll Be Doing**: - Uses telephone, e-commerce and other technology driven (web enabled) marketing/sales tools to close prospective end users and support the efforts of the region's territory managers. - Uses SAP, Brady lead management process and customer contact management software to document and maintain all records and reports of activities. - Generates leads by developing lists to prospect from trade association membership lists, industrial and trade directories, business browsers, association websites and other sources utilizing the latest technology tools to facilitate the prospecting process. - Follow-up on sales leads in order to develop and close sales opportunities. - Identifies all decision makers for Brady products and services within a customer location using an in-depth approach and successfully closes new business or provides detailed information to the territory manager for an on-site sales call. - Own and manage the quote follow up process for the assigned sales region, coordinating with all touch points of the process and the territory manager to give prompt and accurate service to the customer every time. - Builds and expands customer relationships on an ongoing basis to continually promote and upsell Brady products, services and solutions. - Develops a rapport with new (and old) customers through comprehensive and timely "after the sale" follow with all new and key customers in the region. - Will travel up to 5% of the time in this position. **What You'll Need To Be Successful**: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of one year of relevant sales experience - Ability to travel up to 5% of the time. - Fluent in English & French **Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** - Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, with a major in sales or marketing preferred. - One to two years of relevant experience in an outbound call center role with the ability to prospect, develop customer base and close sales. **Requirements**: **Who We Are**:
