We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee a unique group of Hospitality Brands in Toronto, Canada.

Urban Dining Group values their humble beginnings as a proud Canadian family owned and operated business, serving the GTA since 1989. Urban Dining Group properties are a dynamic mixture of corporate, partnership based and franchised locations that operate 4 unique brands.

**Brands include**:
**NBA Courtside Restaurant (an official NBA licensed brand)**

**Gabby’s, Hey Lucy’s, District Eatery**

**WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE**
- Develop a detailed annual marketing strategy that fits the brand(s) and demographic.
- Develop Direct Mailers
- Copy Print Experience
- Established KPIs for Social growth and engagement
- Work directly with the NBA for all approvals of NBA related assets.
- Develop yearly marketing calendar for special events marketing, internal events, and brand awareness events.
- Work with Executive chef to develop LTO’s, special occasion dining plans etc
- Execute calendar - including location visits and follow ups to ensure engagement tools are in play
- Curate and develop in house marketing material including LTO’s, special events-including sporting and seasonal events
- Responsible for the development, implementation, **content,** and management our social media accounts.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Google
- Develop the outside marketing strategy in both nonpaid and paid markets.
- SEO
- Collaborate with Operations and ownership to ensure brand consisteoutncy of all programs

**Requirements**:
Outbound Marketing Experience, including but not limited to E-mail, Direct Mail, Sponsorship.
- Marketing degree/diploma or commensurate workplace experience as a Marketing Manager
- Has had experience in the restaurant industry in different capacities
- A solid communicator that takes initiative and learns from successes and challenges
- Experience in advertising and SEO
- Must live and be able to attend the Toronto based office and location.
- Adobe Suite knowledge is a bonus

**Salary**: $67,500.00-$70,000.00 per year
