**Looking for a creative marketing professional to create and manage digital content and build annual marketing plans for 4 unique hospitality brands in the GTA.**

**Proudly serving guests within the Greater Toronto are since 1989, Urban Dining Group is a multi branded food service company the operates in Toronto and the GTA. Our properties are a dynamic mixture of corporate, partnership based and franchised locations that operate 4 unique restaurants brands in 16 locations.**

**We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee all 4 brands**

**WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE**

- **Develop a detailed annual marketing plan.**:

- Develop and implement organic social media and paid digital marketing for all brands.
- Take photos and images that will be used for social media
- Work directly with the NBA for all approvals of NBA related assets (weekly NBA meeting).
- Develop yearly marketing calendar for special events coverage/marketing, internal events, and brand awareness events.
- Work with Executive chef to develop LTO’s, special events etc
- Execute the approved Marketing calendar that you have developed.
- Attend locations in person and follow ups to ensure engagement tools are in play
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and management our social media strategy to grow traffic and increase brand awareness
- Manage and oversee content, postings, comments, and reviews on our social media platform and supervise, mentor, and support the social media manager
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Google
- Champion and measure the success of all social media campaigns, research and stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media
- Ensure all work and content is of highest quality and reflects brand standards
- Collaborate with Operations and ownership to ensure brand consistency of all programs

**Requirements**:

- **Marketing degree/diploma or commensurate workplace experience as a Marketing Manager **demonstrating a record of leveraging social media for awareness and impressions
- **Strong base knowledge of sports, specifically the NBA**:

- Some restaurant work experience
- A solid communicator that takes initiative and learns from successes and challenges
- Can wear multiple hats and can prioritize which hat should be worn on specific days
- time management
- Flexible schedule
- Mac Adobe suite knowledge is a bonus
- Strong Photographic skills
- Your own vehicle is a strong asset but not required

**Salary**: $62,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 3 years (required)
- Restaurant: 3 years (preferred)
