The Retail Boutique Manager Position:
The newly opened NBA Courtside Restaurant requires an experienced retail manager.

The role will manage and oversee the retail shop within the restaurant. The retail shop sells NBA licensed merchandise tee shirts, hats, balls, unique game artifacts, kids apparel, glassware and other retail assets.

This is a small foot print store within the restaurant - never more than two employees on at a time.
- Excellent Customer service insight, with a friendly demeanour and attitude
- Retail clothing experience, sporting goods is a bonus
- Computer skills - using a POS system
- Good working command of spreadsheets
- Using a credit card system for payment
- Staff scheduling
- Ability to lead a team towards a common goal, like monthly financial targets Organization and scheduling skills to manage multiple team members’ availability and desired hours
- Proven history of training employees and guiding them towards success
- Organizing and merchandising the store
- Inventory control
- Vendor management including ordering of NBA apparel
- Directly reporting into the GM of the restaurant
- Be able to work in person 5 shifts a week downtown Toronto

Good working command of English and must be able to manage inventory on a second floor with no elevator.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
