Urban Barn is looking for a **Regional** Manager** to lead and support our businesses in the **British Columbia Market**.

As a Regional Manager, you will be leading and supporting a **region of 11 stores** and working within a team of six peer Regional Managers across the country. You will be responsible for providing leadership, business development, and sales growth coaching to our store teams to maximize sales performance and create an exceptional experience for our customers. **You will report to the Director of Sales & Store Operations** while partnering with key leaders across the organization.

This position **includes travel** within the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island and the BC Interior. You must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Inspires, motivates, and guides store teams, fosters commitment, team spirit, and pride
- Provides leadership to the store management team to develop and implement plans to achieve sales, operational goals, and exceptional customer experiences
- Coaches, leads, and mentors a group of Store Managers; supports their development to achieve personal and professional goals
- Develops regional people plans; monitors and manages succession planning, staffing levels to ensure that their stores are fully staffed and trained to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Monitors financial performance, maximizes sales, and optimizes profitability
- In partnership with the Visual Team, oversees store visual presentation execution, ensuring continuity between stores in the region; upholds Daily Brand Standards
- Leads regional operational and special events by liaising with head office teams, planning and taking necessary action
- Liaises with Store Managers, Customer Care and Logistics teams to resolve customer issues
- Evaluates product mix, quality issues and sales based on store and customer feedback; communicates to appropriate departments
- Liaise with head office team to assist with continuously improving efficient and effective Store Operations
- Manages with professionalism and integrity; sets a positive example for leadership to the region.
- Embodies company mission and values and incorporates these into the store environment; creates a positive workplace and leads by example
- ** Travel required, approximately 25 - 30%**

**What You Bring**
- 5+ years of **multi-unit management experience** within the **retail**industry
- Business Degree or a post-secondary specialization in Business or related field of study
- Proven **leadership skills** with a passion for coaching, developing, and leading a team of Retail Store Managers
- ** Strong business acumen**, ability to drive business results and build business plans that optimize profitability.
- Ability to prioritize and manage process, programs, resources to ensure optimal results and outcomes
- Strong **interpersonal and problem-solving skills**, ability to effectively manage through conflict and escalated service issues
- ** Excellent communication** skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to keep team members informed and engaged with our business and brand.
