**MARKETING MANAGER**
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Marketing planning, strategy, budgeting
- Campaign management and tracking KPIs, including reviewing reports
- Qualifying various advertising opportunities and providing recommendations
- Client communications and consulting
- Developing marketing materials including fact sheets, presentations, and websites
- Conference preparations including registration, booking accommodations, booth banners, swag and any additional investor materials that may be required
- Corporate branding
- Creating social content calendars
- Disseminating news releases
- Executing webinars
- Filming and editing videos (basic level)
- Webinar hosting, including the execution of pre and post marketing activities
- Compiling client monthly summary reports
- Maintaining office supplies
- Flexible working hours during busy season is required
- Some annual travel may be required (mínimal)
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- 10+ years of experience working in a professional marketing role (agency experience is preferred)
- Post-Secondary Degree from a recognized institution in marketing or communications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong English in both written and oral communication
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Proven ability to collaborate, lead and negotiate with a wide variety of people
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to deliver on-time results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
- Proactive with taking on assignments and additional responsibilities
- Prior experience with some graphic design
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Advanced skills in MailChimp
- Advanced skills in social media (Hootsuite)
- Advanced skills in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Advanced skills in Zoom conferencing and webinars
- A valid driver’s license

Pay: $70,860.00-$75,000.00 per year
