TEAM Group was founded in 1982, with headquarters in Markham, Ontario, we offer industrial cleaning, facility maintenance, and shutdown services to thousands of clients throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. Some of the industries we service include automotive, manufacturing and healthcare. We take on dirty jobs and commit to working with our clients to enhance facility longevity and ignite peak performance throughout the entire life cycle of the site.
We are a people-business with a strong focus on safety. Teamwork guides us to engage and sustain long-term relationships with our employees and customers. We are currently seeking a qualified Administrative Coordinator for our Langley, BC location.

What You'll Do
Managing purchasing/payables for indirect material & services review
Trouble-shooting issues payable, supply delays, and team questions
Process SAP shopping cart
Prepare monthly accrual
Meet with suppliers
Order/receive supplies and maintain stockroom inventory and organization
Maintain, review and update indirect material pull system
Maintain Hazardous chemical inventory
Capture Safety observation tour participation and other metrics
File safety records (safety tour, training, etc.)
General administrative duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as an administrator or in a administrative coordinator role
Experience with computers and Microsoft programs
Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
High school diploma
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
