UIOT Smart Home Sales Representative (Based-Salary + Commissions)

We are seeking outgoing and communicative individuals to join our team as UIOT Smart Home Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with potential clients, following up on leads, and closing deals.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients

Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions

Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Collaborate with team members and management to identify and implement best practices and strategies

Keep up-to-date on the latest technology and trends in the smart home industry

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or home automation industry

Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High level of organization and attention to detail

Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets

Extra Requirements/Characteristics:
Experience in building and maintaining a sales pipeline

Knowledge of the smart home industry and the ability to speak to the benefits of smart home technology

Experience with CRM software and other sales tools

Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: $31,300.00-$100,506.58 per year

- Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
