Then this is a great opportunity.** **About the job**: - We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative with a hunter’s mentality to actively work with marketing and business development to increase sales in the Utility Mixer market in the US. - You will be supported by the Marketing Manager, Inside Sales Supervisor/Team. - Our Sales Representative position is an exciting opportunity to prove your sales and Channel Development capabilities. - You will be building off an informal base of representatives and OEM’s. - Your ability to represent our strong technical image, and manage new technical relationships is key to this role. - Technical training in the Art and Science of Mixing will be provided. If you have connections with local EPC’s and relevant Sales Channels this would be a bonus. **Key Responsibilities**: - Identify, qualify, acquire, and develop capable and successful channel partners with a focus on the US market - Increase Sales by developing new Agents and Distributors. - Manage and motivate current representatives to grow their Mixer business through Sales Plans. - Train representatives on how to spot and develop mixing opportunities. - Manage Accounts by staying in touch and "Front of Mind" of key contacts through Webinars, training, trade shows and client visits. - Coordinate and communicate clearly with our Application and Inside Sales team. - Liaise with internal engineering department to provide the necessary level of technical expertise. - Commit to our Customer Relationship Management system to coordinate with both Inside Sales and your Channel partners. - Monitor and feedback on market changes and competition. - Attain annual sales targets. **About you**: **Required Qualifications**: - Minimum 1 year channel development and 2 years of proven sales experience. - Proficient in computer skills: MS Office, CRM. - Proven ability to negotiate and manage Channel Relationships. - Proven ability to effectively coach, mentor and motivate representative sales force. - Independent, goal driven, and results oriented. - Strong reporting skills. - Comfortable with public speaking and giving presentations to groups of professionals. - Process industry sales experience, familiarity with valves, pumps, mixers, or rotational equipment would be considered an asset. **Preferred Qualification**: - Technical background in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or industrial sales.
