_Universal Promotions Inc. is a company specialized in the distribution and manufacturing of promotional items and corporate clothing for over 35 years. We have several production departments (embroidery, metal casting, screen printing, sewing, engraving), which sets us apart from our competition_

**Mandate**

The incumbent of the sales coordinator position will have the main responsibilities of entering orders and ensuring follow-up.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**
- Understand and analyze the orders transmitted by the representatives
- Enter the sales team orders in the computer system
- Send purchase orders to suppliers
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of orders, until delivery
- Coordinate the necessary logistics for each order
- Maintain order tracking files with rigor
- Communicate with suppliers
- Answer the phone and greet customers
- Customer service
- Assist the sales team when needed
- Perform various office duties

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in office work
- Experience in the promotional products business: an asset
- Bilingualism (french and english) both orally and writing

**Conditions of employment**
- Permanent full-time position - 40 hours/week
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM
- Place of work: head office, located in Boucherville
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Salary: between 45 000$ to 50 000$/year
