**Our expectations**

Reporting to the Department Director, the Specialist, Program Development - Installation Services will develop strategies, coordinate the implementation and deployment of installation programs, promote the service, and analyze the performance of installation programs across the country for all Lowe's Canada banners, including Lowe’s, RONA, and Reno-Depot.Join a dynamic team that develops and optimizes home installation programs across the country for all Lowe's Canada banners. Several large-scale projects are underway, and we need you to contribute to their success.

**Your role**
- Support the team tasked with revising and introducing installation programs
- Plan for the communication of all activities with various internal and external stakeholders
- Produce and analyze reports used for decision-making to optimize the performance of programs
- Work closely with several departments on a regular basis to coordinate program sales initiatives
- Support the team during negotiations with suppliers
- Monitor the competition to determine competitors’ service level as well as price ranges and delivery times
- Develop and maintain strategic documents, such as promotion calendars
- Work with the Marketing team to develop promotions, store visuals, online signage, and legal texts
- Be in constant contact with various business units to develop strategies
- Ensure a good knowledge of the company’s Canadian store network in order to make appropriate decisions according to market or regional specificities

**The qualifications that we are looking for.**
- College degree and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience (a bachelor's degree is an asset)
- Experience in the retail industry (an asset)
- Project management experience (an asset)
- Proficiency with technologies and IT tools
- Analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Superior time management and priority-setting skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time
