Under the supervision of Chief Executive Officer, the Program Coordinator is responsible for providing event and administrative support to all the upcoming program areas of the WQT Masjid, to launch high-impact and engaging programs and initiatives for the residents of Grimsby and surrounding areas of the Niagara Region. Working closely with the team, the Program Coordinator ensures the delivery of high-quality initiatives and events in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. The Program Coordinator supports the development, implementation and evaluation of events and initiatives in both physical and virtual environments, playing a vital role in promoting and expanding the vision of WQT Masjid and in the broader community of government, partners, non-profit and community organizations. As Program Coordinator, you must be master at complex scheduling and event planning and deliver a superior client centred experience to all participants based on the clear approach of WQT Masjid as an inclusive platform that welcomes all who want to attend and design programs to remove barriers to inclusion and integration leading towards stronger and healthier communities.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 2 per week

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Grimsby, ON L0R 2A0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
