Administrator/sales Support/receptionist

We are a dynamic manufacturing-based company looking for a highly motivated and skilled Administrative Assistant/Receptionist/Sales Support to join our team. As a small company, we work together to get things done.
- **Responsibilities**:
Keep track of our schedule and confirm appointments.
Help customers with their inquiries and redirect calls when necessary.
Keep our company records organized and easily accessible.
Manage our monthly/weekly mailings and organize our training sessions.
Assist our sales team by generating leads, following up with customers, and reporting on progress.
Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our products and services.
- **Requirements**:
Be tech-savvy with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Be friendly and have excellent customer service skills.
Be detail-oriented and able to keep track of schedules and tasks.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; college education is a plus.
At least one year of experience in reception and sales support is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $38,000.00 per year
