**WHO YOU ARE**:
We’re seeking a qualified, self-driven inside sales agent who has a strong understanding of sales processes, excels at building relationships, and closing deals.

Acorn Stairlifts Canada Inc., has become the leader in our industry. We are the largest supplier of stairlifts sold directly to our clients, and are the largest independent straight stairlifts manufacturer of the world. The key to our success is simple. We utilize Hi-tech systems and processes to ensure a simple to use; yet high quality product is produced.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Contact clients after sales appointments to close sales
- Negotiate within pricing guidelines
- Reissue quotes for customers and funding organizations
- Finalize and process customer payments
- Meet the targets that are required
- Make note of calls, activities, and update all client information in our customer database.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned/required by the manager

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A secondary diploma and related experience
- 1 -3+ years in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably B2C inside / phone sales
- 2+ years' related experience in a call centre environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Chrome and Windows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- French is an asset
- Base pay + Commissions (Commission uncapped)_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
