**What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)**
**50% Finance Guru** - Handling **accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, financial reporting**, and keeping everything in check using **Sage**. You don’t need CPA letters, but **solid bookkeeping experience is key**.
**25% Property Management Support** - Helping our Property Manager by **communicating with tenants, managing maintenance requests, drafting letters, and keeping everything organized**.
**25% Executive Assistant Extraordinaire** - Supporting senior leadership, handling **document control, project coordination, and tracking KPIs**, all while keeping things running smoothly.
**What You’ll Need to Crush It in This Role**
✔ **Accounting & bookkeeping experience** (You know Sage or similar software like the back of your hand)
✔ **Meticulous attention to detail** - If spreadsheets and numbers make you happy, you’re in the right place.
✔ **Communication skills** - You’ll be talking to tenants, contractors, and leadership, so professionalism is key.
✔ **A love for variety** - This isn’t a desk job where you push the same button 8 hours a day.
✔ **Strong competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)**
