**Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- To provide administrative support to the overall day to day property management operation through building strong relationships and providing effective coordination with tenants, vendors and contractors, including all aspects of property accounting, leasing activities, tenant inquiries, account receivable, and marketing.
- To establish timely and accurate controls of transactions and data including leases, rent rolls, collection of rents and deposits, maintenance requests, work orders, purchase orders, vendor invoices, employee timesheets, supplies and inventories.
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting related to property operations.
- Uphold company standards in compliance, safety, and tenant relations.
- To provide office administration supports and other administration related duties as required.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on property administration experience.
- Post secondary diploma or certificate in accounting or property management;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of property management best practices.
- Working knowledge in YARDI or equivalent property management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional business environment.
- Knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancy Act is an asset.
- Result oriented with a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment to deliver quality results within deadlines.
- Detail oriented with strong time management, multi-tasking, problem-solving and people skills.

Pay: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
