We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Creative Visual Solutions. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving revenue growth. This role requires a keen understanding of our clients' needs and industry trends to provide strategic guidance and solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Relationship Management:_
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients based on trust and effective communication.
- Understand clients' business objectives, industry trends, and challenges to provide strategic guidance and solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and promptly address concerns.
- Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their needs, provide product knowledge, and offer value-added services.
- Account Growth and Sales:_
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Develop account plans and strategies to expand business with existing clients, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Present product or service proposals, highlighting benefits and value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and key performance indicators.
- Customer Support and Issue Resolution:_
- Respond to client inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address and resolve client problems, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Escalate critical client issues to appropriate internal stakeholders and follow up to ensure prompt resolution.
- Proactively identify potential issues and risks, implementing preventive measures and problem-solving strategies.
- Market and Competitor Analysis:_
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential target clients.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence to improve product offerings and client engagement strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and associated software, Adobe Illustrator.
- High level of creativity, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Ability to prioritize customer requests and implement pragmatic solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse individuals and teams.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and responsive in addressing customer needs.
- Ability to make timely and sound recommendations.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in project management or event coordination.
- Familiarity with the Trade Show and/or Special Events industries and market trends relevant to our business.

Directly reports to: VP Sales & Marketing

Works closely with: Sales Executives, Estimating, Project Coordinators, Graphics, and Design teams.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON L6L 5M9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- B2B sales: 5 years (preferred)
