Now, we’re looking for a **full-time Pricing & Systems Team Member** to join our head office team in **Calgary, AB**.

**What You’ll Do**:
As a key member of our Pricing & Systems team, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our systems running smoothly by:

- Maintaining and updating internal pricing structures and part numbers
- Working extensively with **Microsoft Excel, Power Query** (including Macros and complex formulas)
- Managing data uploads/downloads into and out of our business system
- Investigating discrepancies and ensuring accuracy in records and statistics
- Coordinating refunds and credits with suppliers
- Handling general office tasks and supporting day-to-day operations

**Who You Are**:
You’re detail-oriented, love working with numbers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment:

- Proficient with **Microsoft Excel (minimum 2 years experience required)**:

- Comfortable working independently or in a team
- Organized, efficient, and able to prioritize tasks
- Clear in communication and able to follow detailed written & Oral instructions
- Experience with **VBA/Macros** is a strong asset
