**Overview**
Holand Automotive Group is a diversified organization with a strong presence in the automotive and real estate sectors. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of our growing real estate portfolio. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting and supporting the company’s strategic planning and decision-making.

**Duties**
- Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with property management, operations, and executive teams to provide financial insights that support business growth.

**Skills** Proficiency in Yardi Breeze, Yardi, or HOPEM for managing financial transactions.
- Experience in account reconciliation and financial analysis.
- Solid understanding of budgeting techniques and financial forecasting.
- Ability to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
