Le ou la gestionnaire de comptes principal(e) optimisera les nouvelles activités et les sources de revenus existantes, gérera les comptes en développement, et travaillera au développement, au maintien et à la protection des sources de revenus existantes en utilisant les processus de vente de solutions. Il ou elle élaborera et mettra en œuvre des plans stratégiques précis pour générer des revenus importants à partir de comptes existants précis, de comptes cibles et de nouvelles occasions d’affaires. Vous assurerez les tâches suivantes:
gérer les contrats des clients pour assurer les renouvellements et l’augmentation des revenus grâce à la vente incitative et à la gestion des revenus et diriger le processus de vente de solutions afin de créer de la valeur ajoutée pour les solutions clients en collaborant avec l’équipe d’Equifax pour créer des occasions de vente importantes pour les comptes.
**Vos futures tâches**
- Assumer la responsabilité globale des clients et des relations avec la clientèle; assumer la responsabilité de la stratégie et de la coordination de la segmentation et des comptes.
- Accroître les revenus grâce à de nouvelles activités en lançant des activités de prospection, en ciblant les acteurs clés de chaque compte, en fournissant des conseils et en orchestrant les ressources pour assurer une exécution harmonieuse.
- Penser et agir de manière stratégique pour offrir un leadership éclairé. Collaborer avec les dirigeants des entreprises clientes pour définir conjointement la stratégie et l’orientation.
- Fournir à nos principaux clients stratégiques des solutions hautement personnalisées, fondées sur une compréhension approfondie de leur secteur d’activité et des données pertinentes afin de répondre aux problèmes opérationnels importants et d’accroître le flux de rentrées.
- Diriger et travailler en collaboration avec les équipes de vente en lançant et en partageant de nouvelles idées, et en trouvant des solutions pour soutenir la croissance des clients. Assumer des tâches spéciales au-delà du volume d’affaires assigné, au besoin.
- Se montrer capable d’énoncer les objectifs, les stratégies et les tactiques nécessaires à la satisfaction des besoins des clients et des objectifs d’Equifax.
- Établir de multiples relations au sein des organisations clientes pour tous les aspects du processus décisionnel.
- Gérer des négociations complexes pour des ententes pluriannuelles et travailler en étroite collaboration avec divers services d’Equifax pour maximiser les revenus et la rentabilité.
**Expérience nécessaire**
- Français/anglais - bilingue
- Au moins 7 à 10 ans d’expérience en gestion et en développement de comptes.
- Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de comptes et de clients d’entreprise à grande échelle.
- Expérience du travail visant à renforcer, maintenir et protéger des sources de revenus existantes grâce aux processus de vente de solutions.
- Expérience de l’utilisation de Salesforce pour la gestion des comptes et la gouvernance des ventes.
- Baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe

**Synopsis of the role**
The senior Account Executive will Maximize new business and existing revenue; manage developing accounts; increase, maintain and secure existing revenue by utilizing Solution Selling processes. Develop and implement specific account strategy plans to win significant revenues from existing specified accounts, target accounts and new business opportunities. You will
Manage client contracts to deliver renewals and revenue increases through up-sell and revenue management and also lead solution selling process to create value to add client solutions by working with Equifax team to create significant sales opportunities for accounts.
**What you’ll do**
- Overall customer & relationship accountability, responsible for account and segment strategy and coordination.
- Grow revenue through new business by initiating prospecting activities, identifying critical players in the account, providing guidance and orchestrating resources to ensure seamless execution
- Thinks and acts strategically, providing thought leadership. Works with client executives to collaboratively define strategy and direction.
- Provide highly customized solutions to our top strategic customers based on deep understanding and insight into customer’s business and/or industry segment to help address significant business issues and grow the revenue stream.
- Work collaboratively and act as a leader for sales teams, initiating and sharing new ideas and identifying solutions in support of client growth. Takes on special assignments as required beyond the assigned book of business.
