**JOB SUMMARY**
The Account Executive is a highly motivated self-starter and creative problem solver who demonstrates a strong client focus, exceptional time management and a proven track record for commitment and accountability in their day-to-day responsibilities. They enjoy working within a small team of professionals.
The Account Executive acts as liaison between Oberfeld Snowcap and a select group of clients and ensures the clients’ goals are being achieved. They work alongside our top agents and are part of a culture of collaboration and information sharing.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Tenant relations: Act as the client’s go-to-representative for all issues. The Account Executive should be knowledgeable of any current issues.
- Find the required answers or solutions to issues: the Account Executive may use internal or external resources as needed in order to best service the client(s).
- Responsible for Real Estate negotiations and identify and present proposals to the assigned client accounts, while fully understanding the clients’ needs and objectives.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and address clients’ needs on an ongoing basis.
- Help to meet targets for sales projections and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Other tasks as required by management.
**ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES**
- Work with the client(s) to execute the customized real estate strategic plan for each of the client’s goals and which meets our company standards.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by demonstrating professionalism and reactiveness.
- Successfully attain the required strategic business goals within the assigned time frame.
**SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Related university degree
- 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience. (Previous experience in commercial real estate or service industry firm is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, able to follow-up on files in an efficient manner.
- Ability to work as part of a team and at all levels.
- Fully proficient with MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
- Ability to travel and drive to meetings
