**Distribution Coordinator**

Multy Home LP is a leading global manufacturer of floor covering and outdoor living products. With manufacturing and distribution facilities in Canada, Poland, and the U.S.A. We are committed to sourcing sustainable or recycled material wherever possible in our production. Every year, Multy Home diverts 3 million tires and 15 million water bottles from landfill. We create beautiful, eco-friendly, useful products for homes and gardens everywhere.

The Distribution Coordinator is responsible for the timely processing of all outbound freight daily and expedites all shipments as required for both inbound and outbound shipments. The Distribution Coordinator communicates with carriers, couriers, freight brokers, customer service, quality management, shipper/receivers, and planning daily.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates, plans, and executes distribution operations as per company procedures.
- Determines Return too Stock (RTS) volume and ensure that RTS shipments are processed timely.
- Prepares and maintain necessary distribution documentations for management.
- Addressing customer inquiries regarding shipment status.
- Contacts with cross-functional teams to resolve invoicing and shipping issues.
- Daily allocation of customer orders in system.
- Provides pick tickets to warehouse supervisors.
- Communicates stock shortages to the supply chain replenishment buyers and customer account managers.
- Provide daily operational reports that are accurate and timely.
- Perform daily data entry for receiving order allocation, shipping, and inventory management.
- Provide warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving, and to ship orders.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in either Logistics, Distribution or Customs environment.
- 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in inventory control and/or distribution operations preferred Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
