THE TEAM

The mission of the Distribution Department is to provide seamless inbound and outbound services facilitating an agile distribution network.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Distribution team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for upholding the standards of operational excellence in our Distribution Centre’s day-to-day. As the Distribution Office Coordinator, you will oversee the office’s daily administration and provide support to the Office Management and Loss Prevention teams at the DC. You will be the main contact for the Supply Chain coordinator and offer Aritzia DC staff a reliable presence and resource throughout the day.

THE ROLE

As the Distribution Office Coordinator, you will:

- Ensure our physical spaces are consistently maximized and maintained to be productive, welcoming, and brand-propelling.
- Ensure our people have the right supplies and equipment to do their jobs
- Manage the flow of employees and guests with a supportive office experience, including during special events
- Enable productivity while providing an exceptional experience by supporting personal needs
- Protect against safety or loss opportunities related to our people, property, product, and information
- Ensure monthly invoices are processed and managed on time and tracked

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Distribution Office Coordinator has:

- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications to be successful in the role.
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
