**About This Opportunity**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Lives, supports and reinforces agile principles and values throughout the organization
- Facilitate all regularly occurring activities for the team using Scrum or Kanban framework and agile approach
- Facilitate the ongoing development of the product vision with the Product Owner
- Responsible for keeping goals clear and visible to the team
- Ensure development team has the resources they need, are communicating well, and are shielded from distractions
- Work to remove any impediments that obstruct the development team’s pursuit of its sprint goals
- Instruct and enable the development team to self-organize; facilitate creativity and empowerment for the team
- Assist team members with learning and maturing in their role and development of cross-functional skill sets
- Assist the Product Owner with communicating updates and impediments to stakeholders
- Assist with backlog and release plan maintenance
- Provide guidance and share best practices to support agile adoption

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Undergraduate degree and Scrum Master certification preferred
- Strong Knowledge of agile principles and values including experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks
- Demonstrated success in servant leadership
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships particularly in an agile team environment and an overall environment transforming to business agility
- Ability to lead by influence
- Effective facilitator with strong coaching skills
- Ability to lead multi-disciplined teams in an environment of continual change and transformation
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills that can be applied to a solution
- oriented environment
- Strong communication skills - comfortable addressing different stakeholder groups at all levels and adjusting communication style to suit the audience
- Help grow agile values and behaviours across the organization
