**Are you passionate about leading people and going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional experience for clients?
We are looking for The Dynamics 365 Ongoing Support & Services Delivery Lead for Data and Dynamics team, to work with D365 Ongoing Support and Services and D365 delivery and project teams. You will interface between client and D365 delivery team to maximize the value of Long View’s Data and Dynamics services

**A Day in the Life**:

- Provide direction on overall D365 Ongoing Support & Services delivery to support our, and our clients’ organizational vision
- Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders, developers, technical team members
- Coordinate with the client product owner or product manager to facilitate creation and grooming of the project roadmap and Azure DevOps backlog
- Act as Scrum Master, ensuring the development team is working effectively, clearing obstacles, and leading scrum ceremonies
- Maximize D365 Ongoing Support & Services delivery value to clients through regular reviews of utilization, working with clients, consultants, and scrum masters to shape backlogs and ensure alignment to client success
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the Ongoing Support & Services team as required and be a Team Lead within the practice
- Act as an escalation point for matters related to our offerings and lead or assist in the development of resolution plans as required
- Participate in and advocate for cross-branch and cross-practice alignment on D365 delivery excellence

**What You Bring**:

- 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 (F&O, BC, or CE)
- 3+ years of experience leading a delivery team
- 3+ years of experience project management with Scrum or Agile methodologies
- Strong technical capabilities with broad experience in software development and/or enterprise infrastructure
- Experience in Azure DevOps boards and associated tools
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and managed services teams
- Experience in consulting
