Business Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative from the Home Décor, Furniture Industry. The sales representative will be responsible for developing new business in different channels.
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Cold Calling and Following up with Leads.
- Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
**Inside Sales Representative Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of experience of successful selling in Home Décor Industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to Travel; Multi-Task.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets & budgets.
