**Job description**: Reporting to the Production Department Manager, the extrusion operator will be responsible for managing the production of plastic rolls. They will be required to work efficiently as part of a team to optimize production while maintaining the site's quality and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate the extruder based on established work methods to maximize productivity.
- Perform order changes.
- Ensure the quality of the finished product throughout the production cycle.
- Adhere to the cleaning policy and keep the production area clean and organized.
- Monitor machine performance, maintain targets for output, quality, and waste while minimizing downtime.
- Train assistant operators and helpers.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in the blown film extrusion industry.
- Resourceful, organized, flexible and good communicator
- Proof of leadership and team spirit.
- Have a logical and analytical thinking
- Problem-solving skills
