**Some Major Responsibilities**:

- To report directly to the Shift Supervisor
- To perform various production tasks according to the assigned position. These tasks may include operating a drawing or cutting line, working in the chemical or extrusion departments, or packaging consumable products
- Must be able to lift on a regular basis up to 60lbs
- To ensure all quality specifications for the finished product are achieved/ met
- To operate in a safe manner and follow all Environmental, Health & Safety and ISO related guidelines and requirements
- To accurately and timely complete all reports and documents that are needed on a per shift basis
- To work in cooperation with cross-functional teams to continuously improve produciton processes.
- To analyze production tasks, identify causes of problems, and propose corrective actions.
- Follow all Company guidelines and policies including the Employee Handbook, posted policies, Company memos and directions from the shift supervisor and senior management
- To perform other duties and task as assigned by the Shift Supervisor/Company

**Minimum Education Requirement**:

- High school degree or equivalent
- Self-motivated, safety and quality conscious
- Possess problem solving skills, communication skills
- Able to understand and interpret the specifications and procedures related to this job
- Mechanical aptitude is a key asset

**Résumé des responsabilitées majeures**:

- Relève directement du superviseur de production;
- Travaille sur différentes taches de production selon le poste occupé. Ces taches peuvent inclure d’opérer des équipements de tréfilage et de coupage, de travailler dans le département du pesage/malaxage, de l’extrusion ou de l’emballage des produits finis;
- Doit être capable de soulever des poids pouvant atteindre 60 lb de façon régulière;
- S’assure que les spécifications et la qualité des produits fabriqués est atteinte;
- Faire son travail en toute sécurité et en respectant les critères de QUALITÉ (ISO), DE SANTÉ SÉCURITÉ D’ENVIRONNEMENT requis;
- De remplie adéquatement et en temps tous les rapports et documents qui sont demandés à chaque quart de travail;
- Travailler en collaboration avec les autres équipes et départements dans le but d’améliorer continuellement les processus de production;
- Analyser les tâches de production pour identifier les problèmes et proposer des actions correctives;
- Suivre et respecter les politiques et directives de l’entreprise comprises dans le livret de l’employé ou affichés dans l’usine. S’assurer de suivre les directives données par le superviseur de production ou par la direction générale.
- Compléter toutes autres tâches ou responsabilités demandées par le superviseur de production ou autres membres de la direction.
