**THE COMPANY**:
Neal Brothers Foods was founded by brothers, Chris & Peter in 1988. The brothers started a crouton company in their mother’s kitchen, which has since grown to have various line additions in its’ namesake portfolio as well as acquired gluten free product line (Enerjive). Most recently, Neal Brothers launched Crank® Coffee Co., a Canadian roasted whole bean coffee company. In addition to its’ namesake lines, Neal Brothers Foods is also one of the leading boutique distributors in Eastern Canada
**THE POSITION**:
Are you someone who drives for results, has a history of uncovering new business opportunities, but also provides outstanding customer service? Neal Brothers Foods is looking for an Inside Sales Representative with some limited outside territory work as well. Your main role would be to increase growth by developing new clients while maintaining excellent service to the established accounts. We are looking for someone who is:
- Personable, positive and persuasive attitude
- Strong communication skills and customer service focus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Some knowledge of competitive products and food retail sales channels
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- High School or post-secondary education.
- 3-5 years sales experience selling to the retail industry.
- Sales experience in the food industry is an asset but not mandatory.
- Experience with food and/or CPG retail stores.
- Organized individual with exceptional time management skills.
- You are dynamic, have a sales hunter profile, you enjoy building relationships with new clients and you have the skills to maintain excellent relationships with existing accounts in the assigned territory.
- Maintain and grow sales and be able to handle any situation to ensure great customer service.
- Sense of urgency in managing your territory and businesses
- Proficient with Excel and previous use of SAP a benefit
**Salary**: $27,918.00-$82,329.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
