**What you’ll be working on**

Working in partnership with our Credit, Funding, and Income teams, an Inside Sales Representative plays an essential role in increasing our traction in the market. You will do this by:

- Stimulating market penetration and increasing market share by promoting AutoCapital Canada products and services.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly funding objectives for your assigned territory.
- Building and maintaining dealer relationships.
- Contributing to sustaining an open channel of communication between partners and sales team through:

- Handling any partner escalations while maintaining exceptional levels of service
- Maintaining accurate dealer records by using Salesforce software.
- Reading and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Running your territory as if its your own business

**How you bring your passion for success**
- One or more years of experience in a financial services environment.
- Experience in consumer lending, especially in nonprime auto lending is an asset.

A commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
- Capacity to toggle between working independently and collaboratively.
- Dependability, self-motivation, and personal accountability.
- Fluent ability to write and speak business information in English.
- Familiarity and ease in working with online platforms and Microsoft Office i.e., Excel, Word, and Outlook.
