Knowledge of quickbook is considered an asset

Experience with filing and bookkeeping

Strong administrative skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience using CRM software

**Who We Are Looking For**:
A self-starter you can work independently

An organized individual with experience with filing systems

Comfortable talking on the phone to customers as well as auto shops

Someone with a understanding of CRM’s

Oversee day-to-day office operations (facilities management, supplies procurement)

Have a Valid Ontario Driver’s license.

Ability to get insured with Carculus commercial garage policy without unreasonably high insurance costs.

**What You Will Be Doing**:
Oversee day-to-day office operations (facilities management, supplies procurement)

Sort, organize, scan, and file documents. (you will have the opportunity to develop a system that works for you)

Assist in keeping our website up to date with the latest vehicles in our inventory

Answer incoming phone calls from customers.

Assist with payroll on a bi-weekly basis.

Transferring vehicle ownership from one owner to another

**Education and Experience Requirement**:
Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields is considered an asset.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
