**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing calls to appropriate staff members as needed.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records within the office.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for office staff.
- Support dental office operations by coordinating patient interactions and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the office.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an office administration role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management is essential.
- Experience in a dental office setting is a plus but not required.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
