**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guide Customers to Their Perfect Vehicle**: Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the car that best suits their needs and desires.
- **Deliver Exceptional Service**: Provide a seamless, positive, and professional experience to every customer throughout the sales process.
- **Negotiate with Confidence**: Work with customers on pricing and financing options, ensuring a win-win deal for both the customer and the dealership.
- **Drive Sales Performance**: Utilize sales management tools to track leads, opportunities, and close deals effectively.
- **Upsell with Expertise**: Present and promote additional products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- **Stay Informed**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge on inventory, promotions, and industry trends to better serve your customers.

**Skills We’re Looking For**
- **Proven Sales Success**: At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in automotive or retail, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to engage with customers, listen to their needs, and clearly present options.
- **Sales Acumen**: Confidence in closing deals and driving high sales performance.
- **Multilingual Abilities**: An added advantage for connecting with a diverse clientele.
- **Customer-Centric**: A focus on delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- **Basic Math Skills**: Competence in handling pricing and financial transactions.
- **Phone Etiquette**: Professional and courteous phone interactions with customers.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in sales, with automotive sales experience a strong plus.
- **Certification**: OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council) certification is required.

Pay: $37,708.94-$153,439.11 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
