We are a fast-growing, customer-focused automotive dealership committed to delivering exceptional service and a seamless car-buying experience. We're looking for a motivated and personable Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team and help customers find the perfect vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles

  • Present, demonstrate, and explain vehicle features and benefits

  • Conduct test drives and ensure a smooth, safe experience

  • Negotiate pricing, payment options, and close sales effectively

  • Maintain product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory

  • Follow up with leads and past customers to build long-term relationships

  • Process sales paperwork accurately and efficiently

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

  • Collaborate with the sales team, finance department, and management

  • Maintain the showroom and vehicle display area

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive sales experience is an asset (but not required)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust

  • Goal-driven with a positive, energetic attitude

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills

  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems experience a plus)

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
