**Position Summary**

As a **Customer Service Representative**, you will serve as the main point of contact between our company and our customers. You’ll be solving problems, processing orders, and making a real impact every day.

**Skills and experience needed**

You’ll have a natural disposition towards helping others and project a friendly, professional demeanor at all times. You’ll have confidence on the phone, and naturally guide people to the best solution.

Here are a few specifics of what we’re looking for:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Generate and deliver quotes to clients
- Manage and resolve product or delivery issues
- Record all customer interactions in real time using our ERP system
- Participate in daily team meetings to review case status and workload
- Escalate inquiries to Sales when product requirements are unclear
- Take full ownership of each customer case from start to resolution
- Maintain positive working relationships with internal teams

**Success Metrics**
- **Case cycle-time**: Complete customer requests quickly and accurately
- **Quality**: Maintain error-free communication and documentation
- **Ownership**: Fully manage each customer case, escalating only when necessary

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using an ERP system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
