Position Overview

What you will do
- Facilitate a positive customer experience by handling all part inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring they are maintained in accordance with Company guidelines.
- Ensure parts facilities and displays are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Determine method of shipment and arrange shipping. Assemble containers and crates, pack goods to be shipped and record contents.
- Manage the parts purchase order process, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up on promised delivery dates.
- Ensure all manuals and parts guides are up to date, acting as a liaison with the factory.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, and conveys a professional presence at all times.
- Operate a forklift or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods as necessary.
What we are looking for
- Ambitious and goal-oriented, with interpersonal skills needed to meet sales objectives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite.
- Prior general sales experience, preferably in parts distribution.
- Journeyman or apprentice parts technician is preferred.
Travel
Minimal travel is expected of this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
