Order Entry Specialist

**ORDER ENTRY SPECIALIST/CUSTOMER SERVICE** to provide excellent service in processing orders and respond to our customers inquiries while working closely with all customer service and warranty team representatives, production. You will:

**Remuneration**: $18.00 to $24.00 to commensurate with experience

**Duties**
- enter orders accurately and efficiently to meet required cut off times and deadlines
- verify orders for accuracy and make corrections when required
- have extensive knowledge of Tersano products
- prepare accurate quotes/proformas using computer software
- provide customers with product and service information
- identify and escalate priority issues and follow up with resolutions
- maintain good working relationships with customers and staff

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Technical aptitude and high attention to detail
- Knowledge or customer service principles and practices
- Experience in a commercial or industrial environment preferred
- Ability to communicate with professionalism
- Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
