**Marketing Coordinator**

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading the company’s sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and achieve revenue targets. This role combines leadership, strategic thinking, and operational execution to manage sales teams, customer service experience, oversee marketing campaigns, and align all divisions with company goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives and budget
- Set short-term and long-term sales and marketing goals and evaluate effectiveness with agreed upon metrics
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define the overall strategy and messaging
- Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategy.

**Sales Management & Lead Generation**
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Collaborate and support Divisional Managers to identify new market opportunities and oversee key client acquisition strategies.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure performance and forecast sales trends.
- Design and manage lead generation campaigns to support sales pipelines.

**Brand & Content Oversight**
- Direct the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and events.
- Oversee all content creation, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and voice.
- Manage the company website, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, SEO-optimized, and reflective of the brand.

**Community & Reputation Management**
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and media outlets.
- Manage public relations activities, prepare press releases, and coordinate media coverage.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews, maintain positive reputation and customer engagement.
- Develop strategies to collect and showcase customer testimonials.

**Customer Retention**
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the customer experience process
- Develop a strategic plan to retain and build the Supreme Services customer base
- Develop strategies to increase referrals, repeat business, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback channels and recommend improvements.

**Marketing Oversight**
- Direct the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.
- Oversee brand management, content creation, advertising, and public relations activities.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, retargeting).
- Work with marketing partners to review SEO strategy, monitor website traffic and analytics, and implement improvements.
- Oversee social media presence and engage with online audiences.

**Events & Promotions**
- Plan and coordinate company participation in industry events, trade shows, sponsorships, and community initiatives.
- Develop engaging promotional materials and branded giveaways.

**Budget & Reporting**
- Prepare and manage the annual sales and marketing budget.
- Generate regular reports on ROI, customer acquisition costs, pipeline progress, and campaign performance.
- Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Work with outside marketing team, customer service, divisional managers and operations to ensure messaging and execution on all activities
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, lead generation, and sales funnel management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic actions.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience in the construction or restoration industry an asset
- Familiarity with marketing automation too
