**Job Qualifications**:
1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read blueprints.
Working knowledge of drills, saws, sanders and grinders.
Excellent math skills.
Excellent ability to work within a team environment.
High school diploma.
Ability to lift up to 50 Lbs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be organized, proactive and maintain a positive attitude in the work place.

Assemble and pack parts per work instructions and packaging diagram.
Produces components by assembling parts and subassemblies.
Uses hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
Conducts quality control checks.
Load and unload metal sheets using a forklift and crane.
Transport raw materials and finished metal products manually or by hoists.
Clean work areas and equipment.
Operate equipment such as grinders or a drill press.
May cut, grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools.
Perform set up and assist in operating a machine to produce parts according to blueprints, routing package, specifications and/or special instructions.
Checks parts for conformance and specifications to ensure quality standards are met and processes complied with.
Comfortable performing hands on work consistently.
Preparing items for shipping.
